Bvlgari Residences
Conversion of five existing apartments into a single, expansive residence, delivered with a highly considered approach to planning, detailing, and execution. The interiors are defined by refined bespoke finishes, including Holland & Sherry leather wall paneling, and mother-of-pearl veneer applications, complemented by selected furniture pieces from Minotti, Poliform and Poltrona Frau
The apartment features acoustically designed wall systems, ensuring enhanced comfort, privacy, and spatial quality throughout. A custom-designed slab to slab secure room by Schmalenbach and custom sanitary fittings by THG further reinforce the project’s emphasis on precision, craftsmanship, and luxury.

BARARI ReNOVATION
A full renovation of an existing apartment, reimagined as a calm, pared-back living space defined by muted neutral tones and a refined Scandinavian sensibility. The design focuses on simplicity, natural light, and carefully balanced proportions to create an atmosphere of quiet clarity and ease.
Natural materials, soft textures, and a restrained colour palette are used throughout to achieve a sense of warmth without excess. Clean lines and considered detailing ensure the space remains minimal yet inviting, with every element contributing to a cohesive and harmonious whole.
The result is a serene, Zen-inspired home that prioritises comfort, functionality, and understated elegance, offering a peaceful retreat within the city.

JUMEIRAH GOLF ESTATES ReNOVATION
A comprehensive renovation of an existing villa, transforming dated interiors into a contemporary luxury residence defined by bold materiality and refined detailing. The design reinterprets the original structure with a more confident and modern architectural language, elevating the home into a cohesive and sophisticated living environment.
Rich natural stone, dark timber accents, metal detailing, and bespoke joinery are introduced to create depth, contrast, and visual impact throughout the spaces. A carefully curated palette of materials and finishes ensures a strong yet balanced aesthetic, where each element is considered for both its function and expressive quality.
The result is a renewed villa interior that feels contemporary, elegant, and enduring—combining statement materials with precise detailing to achieve a refined sense of modern luxury.

SANCTUARY FALLS INVESTMENT VILLA
A full interior fit-out of a partially completed villa, reimagined and elevated into a fully finished, market-ready residence. The design follows a refined Japandi aesthetic, combining Scandinavian simplicity with Japanese warmth to create a calm, highly desirable living environment.
A cohesive, warm material palette runs throughout the home, anchored by Golden Oak as the primary unifying element, bringing continuity and softness across all spaces. This is complemented by restrained neutral tones and natural textures that enhance the sense of balance and understated luxury.
A bespoke Poliform kitchen forms the centerpiece of the home, reinforcing both functionality and design sophistication. The result is a carefully curated villa that blends timeless design principles with modern appeal, positioned for strong market presentation and premium value perception.

SPRINGS TOWNHOUSE RENOVATION
A comprehensive renovation of a townhouse in The Springs, designed to elevate the home while maintaining a disciplined and value-conscious approach to the budget. The brief called for a warm, contemporary interior that felt refined and inviting without unnecessary extravagance.
The design is centred around a neutral palette enriched by warm wood tones, creating a sense of comfort, continuity, and timeless appeal throughout the home. Careful material selection and thoughtful detailing allowed the project to achieve a high-end aesthetic while remaining commercially sensible.
A key feature of the renovation was the complete redesign and manufacture of all joinery in-house, including the kitchen, wardrobes, vanities, and custom storage solutions. This approach provided greater control over quality, detailing, and cost, while ensuring a cohesive design language across every space.
The result is a transformed townhouse that feels warm, modern, and highly functional, demonstrating how considered design and bespoke craftsmanship can deliver exceptional value without compromising on quality or character.

La mer new build
A bespoke villa interior on the La Mer Peninsula, designed for a client seeking understated elegance combined with an uncompromising level of quality and craftsmanship. While the overall palette is defined by soft neutral tones, the design derives its character from exceptional material selections, intricate detailing, and a carefully curated collection of furnishings from some of the world's leading luxury brands.
Natural stone, fine timber veneers, custom metalwork, and bespoke joinery are layered throughout the residence to create spaces that feel both refined and timeless. Every element was considered with precision, from architectural details and material transitions to furniture placement and lighting design.
The bathrooms feature sanitary fittings by Gessi and intelligent toilets by TOTO, reflecting the project's commitment to combining design excellence with the highest standards of functionality and comfort.
The result is a sophisticated waterfront residence where restraint and luxury exist in perfect balance—an interior defined not by excess, but by exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
